Purpose of the service

Orbione provides an extension that helps users prepare the deletion and then the relisting of their own listings. The user chooses the listings and initiates each operation.

Account and use

A Orbione account can only be linked to the Vinted profile confirmed during registration. The user must protect their access credentials and use the service only for listings they are authorized to manage.

The free plan includes 25 relists per week. The period starts on Monday at 00:00 UTC and ends the following Monday at the same time. Each payload build requested from the backend consumes one unit.

The free plan remains at the heart of Orbione. To support the infrastructure, an optional paid plan may be offered in the future without replacing the free offer.

Acceptance and effective date

These Terms take effect on 25 August 2026. Creating an account or using the service constitutes acceptance of the Terms then in force. Orbione may amend them for specific reasons, including changes to the service, regulations or security. Any material change will be announced through the website, the extension or another appropriate channel within a reasonable period before it takes effect and as permitted by law. Where fresh consent is required, it will be requested expressly. Users who decline may stop using the service and request deletion of their account.

Prohibited uses

You must not circumvent quotas or security measures; access the backend other than through the intended interfaces; resell, transfer or share an account or access; reverse engineer except where permitted by law; disrupt, overload or test the service without authorization; use Orbione to manage another person’s Vinted account without their permission; or use the service for fraudulent, unlawful purposes or in breach of these Terms.

Account suspension, termination and deletion

Orbione may suspend, restrict or close an account in cases of fraud or serious suspicion of fraud, quota circumvention, backend abuse, access sharing or resale, attempted intrusion, security compromise, prohibited use or breach of these Terms. Measures will be proportionate and, where circumstances allow, the user will be informed and may explain or remedy the situation. Action may be immediate for a security emergency, legal obligation or to protect the service. Users may stop using the service at any time and request closure of their account and erasure of associated data by writing to orbione.ykork@slmail.me. Proportionate identity verification may be required. Data subject to a legal retention duty or needed to establish or defend a right may be kept for the required period.

Relisting and recovery

The extension prepares the images and information before deleting the original listing. Relisting may nevertheless fail because of the network, Vinted or a change to the website. A temporary local backup may then allow another attempt.

Service availability and changes

Orbione does not guarantee permanent availability or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security, updates or an incident. Subject to applicable legal and contractual duties, it may also be changed, limited or discontinued; where reasonably possible, material changes or permanent discontinuation will be announced in advance. Some features depend on Vinted, the browser or third-party services and may stop working following technical changes made by them.

Liability

The user remains solely responsible for their use of the extension and for complying with the Terms of Use, rules, policies and limitations applicable on the Vinted platform.

Certain extension features, particularly when used excessively, automatically, repeatedly or contrary to Vinted's rules, may result in restrictions imposed by Vinted, including limited access to certain features, temporary suspension or closure of the user's account.

The user acknowledges having been informed of these risks and undertakes to use the extension reasonably and in accordance with the rules applicable to their Vinted account.

The extension publisher does not control decisions made by Vinted regarding user accounts and cannot guarantee that an account will never be restricted or suspended.

Orbione’s liability

Orbione uses reasonable measures to provide and secure the service but does not guarantee that it will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Orbione is not liable for indirect loss arising in particular from unavailability, interruption, loss of a local backup, a failed relisting, inaccurate data or a change to a third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Compatibility with Vinted

Orbione does not guarantee permanent compatibility with Vinted. Changes to Vinted’s interfaces, systems, security mechanisms, features or rules may make all or part of the service temporarily or permanently unavailable. Orbione may adapt, suspend or withdraw affected features to preserve the service’s security and compliance, subject to applicable obligations.

Intellectual property

The Orbione extension, its code, interface, name, graphic elements, texts and other components are protected and remain the property of the publisher or their respective owners. Subject to compliance with these Terms, the user receives a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for their own needs. No other rights are transferred.

Independence and no affiliation

Orbione is an independently operated service. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by Vinted, UAB, Vinted Marketplace, Vinted Go, Vinted Pay, or any other company, subsidiary or entity directly or indirectly belonging to the Vinted group, hereinafter the “Vinted Group”.

Any reference to the names Vinted, Vinted Marketplace, Vinted Go and Vinted Pay, as well as to the corresponding trademarks, interfaces and services, is made exclusively for descriptive and interoperability purposes. These signs remain the property of their respective owners.

Use of Orbione does not create any contractual, commercial, agency, partnership, representation or distribution relationship with the Vinted Group. The Vinted Group provides no support, warranty or liability in relation to Orbione.

Authoritative language

These provisions were drafted in French. Translations made available in other languages are provided exclusively for information and to facilitate consultation. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity or contradiction between a translation and the French version, the French version prevails and is authoritative, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable in the user's place of residence.
