Data controller

Data collected

Orbione processes only personal data that is strictly necessary for the operation, security and provision of the service. This data may include the email address, the identifier of the linked Vinted account, plan and quota information, session fingerprints, technical data essential for preventing abuse and, for the time necessary for a relisting or recovery operation, information relating to the item concerned.

Purposes

Processing is carried out to provide the service requested by the user, ensure account security, prevent fraudulent use, apply quotas and comply with applicable legal obligations. Orbione does not sell, rent or transfer any personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Legal bases

Processing required to create the account, link it to the extension and perform requested relists is based on performance of the service. Securing the service, preventing abuse and resolving incidents are based on Orbione's legitimate interest in protecting its users and infrastructure. Processing required by law is based on applicable legal obligations.

Recipients

Data is accessible only to persons authorized to operate and secure Orbione and to necessary technical service providers. Data may be processed by Cloudflare as a technical service provider for hosting, the database, abuse protection and, when enabled, the Turnstile service.

Orbione data is not communicated to the Vinted Group by the backend; necessary exchanges with Vinted services are carried out directly by the extension at the user's request.

Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of the account. Linking codes and sessions are deleted or rendered unusable when they expire. The backend retains only the counter required to apply the weekly quota.

Security

Orbione implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risks, including local password derivation, session-token fingerprinting, expiry of temporary access and limiting retained data. However, no transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Some technical processing carried out by Cloudflare may involve international transfers governed by the contractual mechanisms applicable to the provider.

Rights

The user may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of their data and, where processing is based on legitimate interest, object to it. They may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
